Café Idilio is one of our highest quality gourmet coffees. Harvested, processed, sun-dried, roasted, and packed on the same farm where this single-source coffee is carefully cultivated, which is in Finca La Carmen, in the Mameyes neighborhood of Jayuya, Puerto Rico. Grain is stored in a parchment state at 11–12% humidity and left to rest for 3 months before milling, ensuring unique freshness and aroma in every bag.
Café Idilio celebrates the three great loves of its founder, Juan Bibiloni: the countryside, family, and coffee from the mountains of Puerto Rico. It represents a reunion with the passion and eagerness to create world-class quality local products.
