Cafe Oro Decaffinated is delicious and as close to true caffeinated coffee . I was using Starbucks’s and finally found the one I can enjoy.

Great Coffee! Strong flavor but not acidic!

Great Coffee! Strong flavor but not acidic, instead very smooth. A friend of mine introduced me to this coffee. Since then i have bought so far 6 packages! Great customer service too. Glad I discover such wonderful coffee and taste of my island!

I like the taste

No llegó orden

Trate de responder a tu respuesta sobre mi review. Les di una estrella porque cuando yo les escribí email no me respondieron rápido y el último email que les envié me quedé sin respuesta pues USPS me estaba pidiendo recibo el cual yo no tengo. Ya va más de un mes de que dice que entregaron el paquete. Me hubiera encantado resolver todo a través de email pero como no me respondieron tuve que escribir el review. Ustedes tienen mi email si fueran tan amables de enviarme el recibo que usps les dio cuando enviaron el paquete así yo puedo ir al postal service para ver que pasó.

Nunca recibí mi orden. I never received my order

El café es delicioso por eso lo ordené pero nunca llegó. No me ayudaron en nada y perdí $185.36. Ordené con Antojo Boricua ellos utilizan fedex y me llegó mi café.

Lamentamos sinceramente que su experiencia haya sido frustrante y entendemos su decepción al no recibir su orden. Agradecemos también sus comentarios sobre la calidad de nuestro café.

Queremos aclarar algunos puntos importantes. Su orden fue procesada y enviada correctamente, y según el sistema de USPS, el paquete fue marcado como entregado. Desde el momento en que USPS recoge el paquete, el control de la entrega pasa exclusivamente al transportista. En cuanto nos notificó la situación, sí nos comunicamos con USPS para intentar abrir un reclamo a su favor; sin embargo, ellos nos informaron que no realizan reembolsos ni compensaciones para envíos que contienen alimentos, aun cuando exista cobertura básica, especialmente cuando su sistema marca el envío como procesado correctamente.

Lamentamos sinceramente que esta situación haya resultado en una pérdida para usted. Aun así, reiteramos que el evento ocurrió fuera de nuestro control, ya que el envío fue correctamente despachado y marcado como entregado por el transportista. Con gusto podemos facilitarle nuevamente la información del envío si desea continuar gestiones directamente con USPS o para una querella correspondiente.
