El Café Latitude 18 es cosechado a mano en las montañas de Adjuntas, Puerto Rico. Es un café 100% arábica de origen único, cuidadosamente procesado y perfeccionado en la Hacienda Jacana. Un tueste medio claro aromático con un equilibrio exquisito entre acidez y cuerpo, que revela notas de chocolate, nueces y miel en la taza.
Jonathan, quien supervisa la mayoría de los procesos de producción —desde la recepción de los granos maduros en el área de producción hasta el tostado y el empaquetado— aporta una dedicación personal a cada paso. Outstanding Puerto Rican coffee! Café Latitude 18 has a wonderful aroma and a smooth, balanced flavor, with delicious notes of chocolate, nuts, and honey. I love that it’s hand-picked, single-origin Arabica from Adjuntas, Puerto Rico, and the light-medium roast lets the coffee’s character shine without being too strong. You can tell a lot of care goes into every step, from the farm to the final roast. This is a great brand of 100% puertorrican coffee. Is a medium dark roast with a great taste, ut could be enjoyed black or with milk. Highly recommend.
