Great coffee! So smooth and just right on the flavor for me and my husband. It may cost a bit more, but were not heavy coffee drinkers so it's well worth it to us.
The bad news is, I'll never be able to go back to store bought coffee.

The coffee was a lighter roast that im used to and expected; nonetheless, it was very tasty!

When we visited Puerto Rico last May we asked a local we became friends with what his favorite coffee was and he suggested this. We were NOT disappointed by his recommendation! We enjoyed it while we were in PR and we can do the same from home in Wisconsin! The first cup brewed reminded me of being there, we love it, we love the people, we love the island! ❤️

I'm from Guayanilla, my best cup of coffee so far that get me back to my old days in my hometown, when sometimes my family get dry coffee beans from " Hacienda Roig" in Guayanilla .

Good coffee, but too expensive

Café Don Luis is a good 100% Puerto Rican artesanal coffee. It is dark roasted, the way I like coffee to be always, it has a great aroma, and the flavor is very good. Its flavor is almost identical to Café Borinquen, Café Mami, and Café D'Aquí. Shipping was slower than expected, but OK. The only "but" that will probably keep me away from buying it again is that it is VERY EXPENSIVE. Given the crazy economy we are experiencing now in the United States and Puerto Rico, with everything costing us more and more each day, a coffee that has a price of $20.95 for 14 ounces, not even a FULL pound, has been placed out of reach for retired senior citizens, on fixed incomes, like me. Coffee should never cost more than US$10.00/pound nowadays. So, unless Puerto Rico Coffee Hub is planning on going out of business soon, I suggest you guys have a serious conversation will ALL Puerto Rican artesanal coffee producers and tell them their prices are way too high. Now that everything is more expensive, especially with the added tariffs imposed by our billionaire president, coffee produced within the United States must be very affordable for people like me. If prices do not become REAL and come DOWN TO EARTH, all companies involved will continue losing customers. The years of abundance and extra money to spend on luxuries like very expensive coffee are gone forever. You have been warned.■

My sister came over from Ponce puerto rico and she brought me a Coffe I was like I never taste it before so I decide to used it and when is start in the coffemaker I was like omg smells so good smells like puerto rico this is real coffe I would like to order more I love the taste the flavor so smooth delicious I recommend at 100% I'm from peñuelas puerto rico but I leave in Waterbury Connecticut.
