Café El Coquí es un café 100% Arábica de Puerto Rico, certificado por la FIDA como Del País. Producido y cultivado en San Sebastián desde 1986, Café El Coquí es uno de los mejores de la isla. El café se produce diariamente para garantizar frescura, aroma y alta calidad. El nombre Coquí conlleva lo que el producto representa: un café de primera calidad, cosechado, producido, tostado y empacado totalmente por manos puertorriqueñas en San Sebastián.

La producción comienza en sus propias fincas, donde solo se cosechan los granos maduros para una mejor calidad. Son el único productor involucrado en cada fase del proceso de elaboración del café, desde la finca hasta la taza. Esta bolsa de 5 libras es ideal para un uso de alto volumen o para abastecerse de su favorito.

My latest purchase

I have always been very satisfied and pleased with my coffee purchases in the past from Puerto Rico Coffee Hub. However, this time my 5 lbs of El Coqui coffee beans arrived and the bag was not vacuum sealed. Where the top of the bag came together the air could go in and out, leading the beans to not be as fresh as I'm used to from you. I sent customer service an email shortly after the beans arrived and I noticed it wasn't right, but have not heard back anything.
You have a great product, a wonderful island, my wife and I have been to Ponce many times over the years and are familiar with the local coffees and choose to buy our coffee directly from the companies in Puerto Rico. But we want fresh coffee. I don't want to switch brands or move away from the Puerto Rico Coffee Hub, but I would like to know what your response will be about this lapse in manufacturing of my latest 5 lb bag of Coqui coffee beans.
